Lesson 1: Basic Moves

Hip rolls – standard circles, figure of 8, revolver, standard down and up. Remember to keep legs wide, knees over toes.
Body ripples – body wave (hands on wall, push chest towards the wall, following with stomach and hips, then push bum out), wall slider (back against the wall, slide down rolling hips).
Booty shakes – thrust hips either forwards and backwards or side to side.
Floor work – kick and sweep, the fan, beach pose, snake, bond girl on floor pose, peekaboo (coming up off the floor), floor spin, bimbo.
WEEK 1 FLOOR ROUTINE: Revolver, hip circles to floor, lean back from knees to shake hair, spin into coil, finish legs apart, stroke legs, lean down to lie straight, run hands up body above head, stroke legs together, beach pose to sit up, lie onto left side, kick and sweep x 3, stroke leg on third, roll onto stomach, legs bent, play with hair, eye contact, reverse snake with head flick, circle hips on knees, peel off a layer, peekaboo to stand, revolver.
 

Lesson 2: Military Style Burlesque

Lap grinder – The basic up and down hip roll from week 1, but to be done with your back to your partner. Remember to give a little look over your shoulder to them as you do so. Crop/cane in one hand
Thigh pleaser – Place one knee inside your partner’s legs, the other on the outside so that you are kneeling on the seat. Place hands on wall or back of chair for support. Body ripple from week 1 and try not to touch him/her.
Ankle exposed – Stand facing your partner. Lift right leg and place on chair at his/her right side  or vice versa. Reach down and stroke your leg from ankle to thigh with your crop cane. Hip roll to
finish.
Seat slide with leg extension – Sit down on seat and slide to the edge so that your head and shoulders are now resting on the back of their chair and your bum is perched on the edge. Keep eye contact as you do so. Lift leg nice and straight with pointed toes and stroke leg. Crop/cane in one hand.
Scissor kick – Sitting cross legged, lean back resting on your hands for support. Kick legs into the air, top leg first followed by the other in a scissor like motion. Crop/cane in one hand
Corkscrew – With legs crossed towards your partner, place both hands in between you and them. Find the floor with the top leg and stand on it, pushing your hip into it as you do so to stand up. Finish facing them.
Double handed crop step – Hold crop/cane low in both hands, step across to face opposite direction, lift arms up above head (cane parallel to the floor), then reach arms forwards. As you do this, stick out your bum (should have table top back now) and wiggle.
Foot to knee bop – Stand on one leg, lift the other sharply to knee, both hands on crop/cane held out in front. Bop the bum 3 times. Repeat on other leg
Marching - Military marching with added sexiness! Cane/crop under arm and march!
Various crop moves – Biting crop, holding with both hands and crop parallel to the floor. Tapping
various parts of your body with the crop – short and simple. Maneuvering crop from underarm to various other positions
WEEK 2 ROUTINE: Stand with back to them, 4 bum wiggles, crop on shoulder, half moon leg turn, bring legs together, 4 wiggles, body roll to open legs hold crop vertically in front of you, smack crop into hand, shoulder to side with crop, walk to them, hold crop both hands place on all above their head, body roll against them, ankle exposed, turn away, strut in front, lap grinder, march and drop crop, look back with ‘oops expression’, face back, unbutton shirt with hip wiggle, half twist to face one side, open shirt, repeat on other side, take off shirt, legs together lean forward to pick up crop, cheeky wink, foot to knee bop both sides, strut to sit beside them, seat slide, kick up inside leg and stroke, scissors to change legs, corkscrew up, hip roll, pose crop in teeth, lean forwards, open his/her legs with crop, thigh pleaser.
 

Lesson 3 – Striptease

Wall slider – shirt or bra.
Revolver – tease to unfasten or pull down anything.
Peekaboo – trousers, skirt, shorts or knickers.
Seat slider – for tight trousers, but can be used with skirt or pants too.
Kick and sweep – for hands free knicker strip.
Flick and catch – skirt, pants.
Bond girl bra peel.
WEEK 3 ROUTINE: hip roll down in partner’s lap, head flick, stick bum out to come up, walk to
wall, put hand on it, twist to face him/her, hand on bum, thrust to wall, wall slide fully unbutton, stand, strut towards, pivot away and take off top, revolver playing with skirt, unzip and let drop to floor, step out of it, strut to him/her, grind in lap down to knees, slip one bra strap down, little look, slip other down, wink, snake to floor, roll onto back, back arch, unfasten bra, roll onto front, reverse snake to knees, take off bra, back towards him/her, throw to side and give a look, play with knickers, pull down to knees, roll onto left side, kick and sweep to pull out of briefs, pull off other leg with hand, kneel holding breasts, stand and revolver baring all, WORK IT!
 

Lesson 4 – Burlesque

Walk around table/chair
Booty shake on chair/table
Lady pose sitting
Sitting legs open on char
Sitting legs open on table/chair
Fan over table
Circles in air on table
Cheeky step with boa
Tassel twirling
FAN MOVES:
Hiding the face
Above the head
Peacock pose
2 fans in front
Walk, turn and tease
WEEK 4 ROUTINE: walk around table, eye contact, sit on table, lady pose, boa in between legs, then out in time to the music, scissor kick to stand, booty shake, fan kick other way to sitting, lie back on table, circle legs in air, sit up with back arch, corkscrew to stand, ankle exposed, shoulder roll, kick off leg and strut around table, face away from audience arms out, wiggle bum to sit, open legs slowly, circle head, legs together, turn to side, remove one glove with teeth, hold glove high above head, swing to stand and throw, turn to other side, pose and peel off other glove, walk in front of table, cheeky step with boa, cover knees, hips, chest, arms high, arms, feel body until next to sides and pose to finish.
