Polestars hold beginners pole dancing tasters for people who want to give pole dancing a try before booking onto the pole dancing course.

The 2 hour taster is a one-off pole dancing lesson where you will learn a range of fun basic tricks, spins and some sexy linking moves! You will also learn to pole dance by putting your new skills together to make a short dance routine!

Pole dancing tasters cost £20 per person for a two hour session.
