The Beginners Pole Dancing Course

is aimed at people who have never had pole dancing lessons before. Our beginners course is the most comprehensive course for those who are really looking to learn some great moves. You will be tackling a series of different spins, tricks and linking moves, before finishing the course by climbing the pole and going upside down!

The Intermediate &  Advanced Pole Dancing Course

Polestars have launched POLE CLUB as an alternative to our Intermediate and Advanced courses that run every monday more information can be found here.
