Polestars have a pole dancing forum/chat room on Don't Stay In. We also have a couple of groups on Facebook - the 'Polestars' group and an 'addicted to pole dancing' group. These are for people to chat about everything pole and more and share their stories. We run regular burlesque and pole dancing competitions, post up photos, exchange tips and advice and generally have a good old girlie chat!
