Like our other dance classes it has a fundamental focus on fun and frivolity, while also offering an imaginative way to lose those extra few pounds and tone up without going anywhere near a gym.

You will be using your core abdominal muscles to control the hula hoop and the rest of your body to stabilise yourself. It is a cardiovascular activity that will allow you to burn as much as 100 calories in 10 minutes and achieve the dream washboard stomach.
