Polestars are bringing you a blast from the past in our new Hula Hoop hen parties for all those who are forever young at heart. No longer a distant memory from your childhood; Hula Hoop parties provide 2 hours of youthful fun and giggles, no matter what age.

Using adult sized weighted hoops, this hooping class is a perfect icebreaker as you can have chit-chat while learn how to spin the hoop around your stomach, before moving onto trickier moves using your arms and legs and then jumping in and out of the hoop. Get those hips movin ladies!

N.B. All participants must be over 18 years.

The Polestars Hula Hooping party is £295 for 16 people and under and then £15 for each extra person.

Special London small group discount of £240, maximum of 10.

Currently available in London, Reading, Newcastle and Southampton.
