Working alongside our corporate events company List of Life, we have a number of fantastic, dance based team building sessions and office parties that are easy, cost effective and most of all fun.  Our office events are suitable for a wide variety of ages, fitness levels and abilities; the emphasis is on fun and working together rather than fancy footwork or a sense of rhythm.

The office sessions work as stand alone events or as one element of an office party, conference, or event and can cater for any group size (assuming there is enough floor space available). They make excellent ice-breakers and energisers during conferences.

These teambuilding sessions not only get the whole office working and laughing together and building some fantastic shared experiences, but they also build confidence. We have designed these teambulding parties to be accessible for all, even those who believe they “can’t dance”.

We have a wide range of suitable venues that can be used. However the teambuilding exercise event can be held anywhere (including outside areas) with enough floor space, our experienced teachers can come to you with all the equipment required.
