What to Wear

Students often ask us what they should wear to burlesque classes. The answer is...it's up to you! However, for your burlesque lesson, you will need a pair of:

• High heels
• Trainers

To get in the mood, while you learn burlesque, you want clothes that will make you feel sexy and glam (so no gym sweats). You do need clothes that you can move and dance around around in. Here are some suggestions for what to wear for burlesque dancing if you're still feeling unsure.

• A dressy top (eg. vest, blouse, corset)
• A loose skirt/dressy shorts/frilly knickers
• Leggings/tights/fishnets (as there is some floor work to be done in your burlesque class)
